This beautiful SL, in the desirable Blue/Black metallic with all black trim, was supplied new by Bradshaw Webb Mercedes-Benz of London in August 1988 to its first owner in London, and it stayed in the area with its first two owners until 2005. After the PDI stamp from the supplying dealer there are eleven service stamps from Mercedes-Benz dealers in the London area and nine from a well known Mercedes specialist in South London, taking up to 71,000 miles.

In 2005 the car moved to its third owner on The Wirral, Merseyside, and there are two stamps from Mercedes-Benz of Wirral from his two year ownership period. In 2007 we supplied the car to its latest owner back in London, and he has had it serviced four times by well known independent Mercedes specialists in the area. We have had it serviced again to make it ready for a further 6,000 miles without scheduled attention.

The documented service history is very comprehensive, and as well as the fully stamped service book showing servicing at an average of every 3,500 miles we have every old MoT certificate back to 1997 and a thick file of service and maintenance invoices dating as far back as 1997.

The car is in beautiful condition throughout and it drives superbly. We have just had a brand new O.E. quality soft top fitted due to slight damage sustained while with the last owner. Thanks to the care and attention lavished on it by its previous owners it will be a painless ownership proposition and is ready to give pleasure and satisfaction to its new owner.

We have commissioned a comprehensive mechanical check of the car by our independent Mercedes-Benz specialist. Any faults found have been remedied, and any required maintenance has been carried out (see above). Invoices for this work will be supplied with the car, along with our own warranty, details of which can be supplied on request.
