This highly optioned SL in the luscious deep Green/Black metallic with contrasting cream leather looks sleek and exotic. The body colour is very subtle, appearing as a rich metallic black but with a sparkle of deep emerald in reflected light. All aspects of the car including paintwork, interior trim, soft top and wheels are in pristine condition.

The car was supplied new in September 1999 by Derwent Mercedes-Benz of Huddersfield and has spent all of its life in the north of England. There are a total of eight stamps in the book on the variable mileage interval servicing system, one from the supplying dealer, two from Cicely Continental Mercedes of Preston, four from Mercedes-Benz of Southport and the latest one less than 200 miles ago from an independent Mercedes specialist in Preston. We have almost all of the invoices relating to these service visits, many interim maintenance invoices and all but one of the old MoT certificates since the car was liable for testing. Everything is exactly as it should be to give evidence of careful maintenance.

The car is a delight to drive, with all controls taut and responsive as befits the fastidious maintenance regime which has been followed. As far as we can tell it has always been part of a multi car household and very well cared for, which explains its beautiful condition.

We have commissioned a comprehensive mechanical check of the car by our Mercedes-Benz specialist. Any faults found have been remedied, and any required maintenance has been carried out. Invoices for this work will be supplied with the car, along with our own warranty, details of which can be supplied on request.
