This well specified saloon was purchased new in August 1994 from Charles Sidney Mercedes-Benz of Bradford. It was delivered to its first owner, a garage proprietor from Keighley, and was serviced by the supplying dealer until 1995, with three of their stamps in the book. After this the car was regularly serviced in the owner's own garage workshop, with a further six stamps over the next seven years, taking the mileage up to 27,000. In February 2009, having covered 34,000 miles, it went to its second and latest owner, a retired gentleman from Cheltenham who has a collection of Mercedes cars. Since then it has been serviced once by a Mercedes-Benz dealer and twice by an ex-Mercedes mechanic at a trusted local garage. The last service was less than 1,000 miles ago, so it has over 8,000 miles to go before its next scheduled service. It has now covered just over 39,000 miles and the record shows that it has been serviced at an average of around 3,000 mile intervals, as against the manufacturer's recommended 9,000. As well as the stamped up service book we have every old MoT certificate and a good number of the more recent service invoices.

The car looks superb in the rich deep red, and could easily pass for a one year old vehicle. The paintwork is near perfect, the interior absolutely unmarked, and all fittings and equipment are present and in full working order. It drives beautifully, and feels like a new car, which is no doubt a result of the extremely sparing use and careful maintenance it has had with both its owners over the years.

We have commissioned a comprehensive mechanical check of the car by our independent Mercedes specialist. Any faults found have been remedied, and any required maintenance has been carried out. Invoices for this work will be supplied with the car, along with our own warranty, details of which can be supplied on request.
