This beautiful and well specified coupe is finished in the popular Burgundy metallic shade, which particularly suits this
model in conjunction with the cream leather interior. It looks very elegant on
the subtle lines of the coupe body and makes for a very satisfying combination.
The car was supplied new by SMAC Continental Mercedes-Benz of Southend in April
1994 and stayed in the Essex/Kent area until 2008. In that year it moved to a
gentleman in mid-Wales, then in 2009 to its latest owner in Hertfordshire. He
has now changed to a convertible Mercedes so it is once again available to a
new owner.
The first three stamps in the book are from the supplying dealer, then
there are five stamps from Waterhouse Mercedes-Benz of Chelmsford,
one from a non-franchised garage in Hadleigh, Essex and one from an independent
MB specialist near Canterbury.
After this there are two stamps from Mercedes-Benz of Derby. We have most of the old MoT certificates
back to 2001 and many service and maintenance invoices. We have had a full
service carried out by our independent Mercedes specialist, so it is now ready
for a further 9,000 miles without scheduled attention.
The condition of the car is superb throughout, and it is a credit to
those who have owned it. It is mechanically superb and drives beautifully. It
will be a lasting source of pleasure for its new owner.
We have commissioned a comprehensive mechanical check of the car by our
independent Mercedes specialist. Any faults found have been remedied, and any
required maintenance has been carried out (see above). Invoices for this work
will be supplied with the car, along with our own warranty, details of which
can be supplied on request.
